“It was refreshing to do business with professionals who do one thing and they excel at it. I needed a new roof for my house at Big Bear Lake and local roofers were not available. Some even put on their answering machine that we should call next year! Others either didn't return calls or promised to call back and didn't. When I called Copp Roofing, the first thing that surprised me was that I was talking to a knowledgeable and courteous person - ready to help, now! They came back with a price that was a little higher than I would have liked, but in retrospect it was worth it because everything was hassle free. They arranged financing with 0% if paid within 1 year, and that helped. Next, they blocked off a date and promised a completion within 10 days. Despite rain almost every day, they were there every day and delivered a new roof as promised. That is worth the extra price.
Also, they gave me a fixed price and I asked them if there would be extras. They told me that probably there would be, because the wood underneath probably rotted. In the end there was NO extra cost. When you get honesty on top of professionalism, in my opinion, it is well worth paying a little extra. Consider the risks you take with others who may underbid this company.
