Copp Roofing's A+ rating is based on the length of time the business has been operating, no complaints filed with Better Business Bureau, and sufficient background information on this business.

A Better Business Bureau Accredited Business shows a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. Accredited businesses pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of Better Business Bureau services to the public.  Accreditation does not mean that the business' products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by the Better Business Bureau, or that the Better Business Bureau has made a determination as to the business' product quality or competency in performing services.

Not every business is eligible for Better Business Bureau Accreditation. Businesses must be able to meet, maintain and agree to the Better Business Bureau Code of Business Practices.  The Code of Business Practices represents sound advertising, selling and customer service practices that enhance customer trust and confidence in business. The Code is built on the Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business. These include: building trust, advertising honestly, telling the truth, being transparent, honoring promises, being responsive, safeguarding privacy, and embodying integrity.  The Better Business Bureau staff reviews the application, researches the business, verifies the information presented in the application and determines if the business meets the Code of Business Practices.
