Roof Covering Ordinance

Date: January 1, 2010

Did you know that all wood shake roofs must be replaced with a fire resistant roof?
Yes!  The Roof Covering Ordinance that went into effect January 1, 2009 requires that all wood shake roofs within the San Bernardino County Fire Safety Zones be replaced by July 1, 2016.  If you own a home or commercial building with a wood shake roof, call us to schedule an estimate for your property.

Think you can put off replacing your cedar shake roof until later?
Think again!  There will never again be a better time to put a new roof on your home! You've seen the prices at the gas pump go up over the last few years and this trend will continue to affect not just fuel costs but all products that are made from oil, including roofing shingles.  Let us install your new roof before prices go up again!

Like the look of your cedar shake shingles?
We install synthetic shake, authentic and synthetic slate and metal roofs that have a shake look.  Check out Our Partners, our preferred manufacturer's products.
